Have you ever wished that your freelance translators realised:

how frustrating it is when they haven’t properly researched the subject;
how irritating it is to find that they haven’t done a final (or maybe any) spelling check;
how embarrassing it is to explain to your clients why a translation is being delivered late
(because the translator hasn’t forewarned you that he/she is having difficulties) ;
